Calling potential partners to be part of the Horizon Project: Innovative bio-based food/feed ingredients
Seeking expertise:
Being involved in many Europeen projects, such as “FEASABLE; BESTMEDGRAPE; MEDLENTISK; LA MARATO”, the PNG “Phyto Nano Group” group from UniCA, University of Cagliari is initiating, this year, the call for the Horizon Project: HORIZON-JU-CBE-2024-RIA-05 “Innovative bio-based food/feed ingredients”, an innovative project with the potential to radically change the field of sustainable nutrition. Our idea revolves around the valorisation and elevation of agri-food waste and generating sustainable and healthy bio-based food, giving the opportunity to the consumers to choose better products, thus, contributing to the transition towards a more ecological and improved agri-food system by enhancing their influence on human health through the employment of the use of more sustainable techniques.
We are actively seeking pioneering individuals and teams with expertise in biotechnology, food science, nutraceutics and related disciplines who would like to contribute their visionary concepts to this transformative initiative.
